Claiming expenses - SMB members

If you have made any purchases which you need to claim as expenses from the church, you can use the forms available below.  Please remember to mark up and submit all original receipts with your expenses claim forms - thanks.  Forms to be submitted to the church.  

 

General expenses form

For all general expenses such as courses, children's/youth work, etc

 

Services expenses claim form

For use by those participating in services such as weddings, funerals - i.e organist,

verger, band member, technician, etc

 

Please submit your bank sort code and account number with your first set of expenses, to enable payment of expenses direct to your account by BACS.  Expenses are usually paid monthly at the end of each month.
