Standing Order and Gift Aid Form

The top part of the form is the part that allows us to claim gift aid on your donation(s) once you have completed it and returned it to the church office, and the bottom part is for those who would like to set up a standing order to give to the church reguarly.

Any donations we receive will be put towards the general running of the church unless marked for another fund (ie building project).
